IBM WebSphere Application Server does not offer any possibility for accessing MBeans from the admin console. Instead you can access IFS LoggingManager MBean at runtime using wsadmin tool or programatically:

• Accessing Managed Beans (MBeans) using the wsadmin tool
• Accessing Managed Beans (MBeans) programmatically
